I’m Tracey, and I have readjusted my crown and wear it with pride. Now, I’m showing you how to do the same!
My bedroom in my RV was my sanctuary & prayer closet.
It's where I realized thath I am the chosen one in my family to break & remove the self sabotaging generational patterns, maladaptive ways of being & toxic thinking that's kept my lineage in survival mode.
It's where I realized that my family treated me differently because I represent change. They saw my power and it threatened their way of living so they did what they were taught from 400 years of slavery: do whatever to break my spirit so I wouldn't know my power, truth & purpose.
It's where I realized that being different is a gift not a burden or a curse. Society tells us this because it keeps us from knowing our worth, power & truth so we'll continue to accept crumbs!
It's where I learned to honor, embrace & nurture my Black Sheep label because I am paving a path of flourishing & thriving for my descendants.
I am my ancestors wildest dream come true!

This used to happen to me all the time before I learned how to take control of my thoughts (mindfulness), retrain my survival brain (mindset & ancestral healing) & get quiet internally (discipline, grace, mercy & patience).
This is a trick of your lower brain to keep things status quo because, well, it's the BOSS OF YOU!
Survival is what it knows AND you better believe it will do anything & everything to SURVIVE.
And let's give our lower brain some ❤️ because it kept us alive and kicking.
But I was tired of simply existing & surviving...I was ready to truly live, reclaim my power, take my voice back & THRIVE!!
it's time to stop existing & surviving, SisterFriend.
It's time to THRIVE, live the life you dream of & deserve.
And you can when you are down for yourself like 4 flat tires & ready to go all in ( mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, spiritually) to do the internal & external work no matter what.
It ain't easy but I'm a living testimony that it is worth it!

Cleaning 'house' starts with you INTENTIONALLY & DELIBERATELY DECIDING you are sick & tired of being sick & tired AND CHOOSING YOURSELF no matter what or who may come your way with some mess!
When you are ready to claim who you are meabtbto be & all the blessings that come with it AND embrace the good, bad & ugly of who you are, can't nobody stop you or tell you otherwise that you are not worthy!!!
You know for yourself who the heck you are and when you get to this place can't nobody mess with you... Period. Point. Blank.
I DID NOT wake up like this!
I CHOSE to be like this & made it happen! And, no, I'm NOT pushing through.
I thought about how I wanted to feel and my mood changed based on what I deeply desired.
This is what authentic joy, peace & happiness looks like when you CHOOSE it & don't allow society or anyone else dictate your thoughts, emotions & actions!

Three weeks ago my life could have been changed in a more tragic way when my RV & Kia Soul caught fire! But I'm here because my testimony is what someone reading this needs to light a 🔥 under their ass to STOP WAITING!!!
I think about how much different my last day on Earth could have been if I had kept pushing through instead of acknowledging, addressing & doing the internal work to process the pain, hurt, loss, grief & anger that was consuming me.
👉🏾 I would never have started #fulltimervliving if I had waited!
👉🏾 I would have never saved my marriage if I had waited!
👉🏾 I would have never reclaimed my birthright to embrace & connect with Mother Gaia in ways that my family thought was not for Black people, i.e. #camping !
👉🏾 I would have never owned, driven & traveled in a 31' #recreationalvehicle as a #solofemaletraveler!
If I had waited I would not be experiencing a life that is filled with hope, pleasure, fun, excitement, new opportunities and a passion for life that makes it possible to count it all joy!

I am feeling more like ME, the silly fun loving, people helping, go getter Tracey.
The work ain't over, though...don't get it twisted. Healing liberating your mind, body, spirit & soul from trauma & the atrocities of life is a journey, not a destination!

If you want to heal from anything you have to make the decision to make it happen and then invest the time, money & actions to move the needle on your journey.
I decided I wanted to know the REAL ME and the only way to make that happen was to take time for me to focus 100% on reclaiming the parts of me that were hidden, lost, denied & afraid.
I took some drastic, scary steps to connect with my soul to save my life, cleanse my spirit, resurrect & revive my dreams & reclaim the person I was meant to be!

This day was ROUGH!
No makeup, hair not done, just REAL, no filter, transparency & vulnerability.
This happened on 7/5 as I was leaving Savannah, GA, to go to Tallahassee, FL, as I made my way to the Southwest coast.
Both my RV & tow vehicle were destroyed 😪, but I don't have a scratch on me!!!
I'm grateful, thankful & happy that I wasn't injured AND sad that this happened. Yes, these can exist simultaneously. Don't ler anyone tell you otherwise.
I'm still moving forward with sharing my healing journey as I RV on YouTube, but give me a few weeks to get back to myself so I can edit a few videos & go LIVE to share this scary experience.
And, yes, I will be back on the road again in a different Liberty Serenity & tow vehicle because one tragedy will NOT stop me from healing, thriving & sharing.
I CHOOSE TO CONTINUE TO LIVE MY LIFE OUT LOUD, ON PURPOSE & IN DELIGHT & ABUNDANCE!

Listen up...what we're not doing anymore is:
• waiting to start creating the life we want!
• waiting to start doing the inner work to understand why we're allowing folk to break our boundaries!
• waiting to understand why we keep sabotaging ourselves!
• waiting to understand why we keep giving our power away!
• waiting to understand how our mother wounds & daddy issues are stopping us from having amazing relationships with our friends, significant others, kids, etc?
Sis, I've heard all the excuses:
"I don't have enough time."
"I'm afraid I'll fail."
"I'll just talk to my friends."
“I don’t know if I can take what I find.”
“I tried before and nothing changed.”
“No one in my family has had a good ________. It’s just our family curse.”
“This is just the way I am.”
Pleease! I've used every one of these & all I did was block my own darn blessings! And let’s be clear: trying is like saying, “if it gets too hard or too uncomfortable, I’m out” aka not committed!
Until one day I realized that it was gonna be Day One or One Day.
The moment I chose Day One is when I got my healing, my liberation & my transformation because I finally chose myself - something I had never done - AND got all the way real with myself that my way wasn't working: my marriage was failing, my money was funny, my relationship with my parents was jacked up, I hated my work environment, and my friendships were pretty much non-existent.
And, I didn't magically have more time or more money. I found the money & made the time!!!
My transformation didn't come from buying books & half-heartedly reading them or listening to podcasts.
It didn't come from me sitting around, hoping and wishing for what I desired to land on my lap.
It didn't come from asking my friends for their advice - NONE of them had the results I was looking for so I was only wasting my time.
It came when I said YES TO MYSELF, STOPPED MAKING EXCUSES, GOT MY BUTT UP, TOOK A RISK, BET ON MYSELF & DID THE DARN WORK.
